A little about myself; I grew up in Venezuela exposed to different cultures. I studied in an American school and did martial arts since 5 years old. First 4 years of my life I lived in Europe, which I remember practically nothing, but nonetheless there I spent the first 48 months of my life. I guess that contributed to me having a very international cultural curiosity. Graduating from high school I chose to study business, but have always kept in touch with the art world taking various photography and film classes along the way. That has steered me to focus on a business branch in which I can still use my creativity: marketing.

I also have a passion for photography and like to learn about different cultures by traveling around the globe. Some of the regions I’ve been since I can actually remember being there, other than North America include the Middle East and North of Africa, the Caribbean, and South America (other than Venezuela of course!). Still more places to go and photographs to take!

The premise behind this website started as a blog assignment for Professor Santiago Echeverry in a class about the evolution of art alongside technology, here at University of Tampa. However, as I kept going to class I couldn’t help but relate what I was seeing to business. Multi-million corporations and even entire industries have been created thanks to art. For this reason, I want to talk about the importance of creativity in business and how art and technology are intertwined with many aspects of it.
